Screening the incoming applications
\n Using our own web based recruitment application, we are screening and monitoring the recruitment process
\n Applicants are assigned statuses based on their progress. Recruiters maintain daily contact to build trust and a professional relationship.<\/p>\n
Interviewing
\n Interviewing all suitable candidates
\n Interviews last 30\u201345 minutes, focusing on personality, mentality, experience, language skills, and education. All details are recorded in the CV, and candidates are fully informed about the job offer. <\/p>\n
Collecting all necessary documents
\n IDs, driving license, diplomas, reference letters and all relevant documents are collected at this stage

Presenting and closing applications
